How much does an AI UGC video cost
On a fixed plan, an AI UGC video costs about $1 to $2.50 per finished ad. The number comes from dividing the plan price by the ads it includes, so you can check it yourself.
UgcVids prices it this way. Starter is $49 a month for 20 ads (2 of them avatar ads), which is $2.45 an ad. Growth is $110 for 60 ads, $1.83 an ad. Agency is $249 for 150 ads, $1.66 an ad. Yearly billing takes half off, so the same three plans cost about $1.23, $0.92 and $0.83 per ad when you use the full limit. The limit resets every billing month, and unused ads do not carry over, so the per ad figure only holds if you actually render them.
Credit based tools are harder to price. MakeUGC listed $29 a month on annual billing for 500 credits in October 2026, and HeyGen listed Creator at $29 a month for 600 credits when we checked in November 2026. How many finished ads a credit pool buys depends on the model, the length and how many retries you need, so run one test batch before you divide.
How much does a creator UGC video cost
A creator UGC video typically costs $25 to $99 or more per finished file once you count the creator, the platform and the extras. These are the public prices we found, so check each site before you budget.
- Billo: from $99 per video, sold in prepaid packs, with raw base footage and two revisions. See our Billo alternative page for the detail.
- JoinBrands: UGC videos from $25 plus a platform fee of 8 to 15 percent depending on the plan, with paid plans from $99 a month. Our JoinBrands alternative page lays out the fees.
- Trend: credit packs from $550, which work out to roughly $70 to $92 per video at the listed tiers. See the Trend alternative comparison.
- Insense: from $500 a month billed quarterly, with creator payments on top.

Side by side cost of a month of ads
The fairest comparison is a month of testing, not one file. Say you want nine ads for one product, three hooks times three variations, and then a second batch next month.
| Route | What nine ads costs | Per ad | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| UgcVids Starter, monthly | $49 for up to 20 ads | $2.45 at 20, $5.44 at 9 | Hooks and script written from your link, voiceover ads, 2 avatar ads |
| UgcVids Starter, yearly | $24 a month for up to 20 ads | About $1.23 at 20 | Same plan, billed yearly |
| Creator marketplace | 9 x $25 to $99, plus fees | $25 to $99 or more | Real person, you manage briefs and revisions |
| Credit pack platform | 9 x $70 to $92 | About $70 to $92 | Creator videos paid from credits |
Notice the row that says $5.44 at 9 ads. A plan only beats creators by a wide margin when you use it. If you render nine ads a month on Starter, you still pay far less than a creator route, and Starter at nine ads costs about the same as two creator videos from a marketplace. The gap grows at 20 or 60 ads.
What the sticker price leaves out
Four items change the real cost on both sides.
- Your time. Creator routes need briefs, approvals and revision rounds, often a week per batch. AI plans need a product link and a choice of hook.
- Usage rights. Creator videos for paid ads often need a licence, sometimes sold as an add-on. Read the terms before you buy, and see our guide to UGC usage rights.
- Editing. Raw creator clips need captions, cuts and an end card. A finished AI ad arrives as a 1080x1920 MP4 you can upload.
- Failure rate. Most ads do not win. A cheaper ad lets you test more angles before you find the one that does, which is where the saving matters most.
After the click, your product page decides what the ad is worth. If you want a second pair of eyes on it, a conversion rate audit of your landing page shows where visitors drop off before you raise ad spend.
When is paying more worth it
Pay a creator when the video has to show something real: a garment on a body, a cream going on skin, a reaction to a taste. AI ads cannot show that honestly, and some platforms and audiences notice. Also pay a creator for the one angle that has already proven itself in a test, because a real face tends to build more trust on a product you will scale.
Use AI when you are still finding the angle. Writing three hooks, rendering voiceover ads for each and spending a small budget on all of them costs less than one creator video, and you keep the winner. Our post on A/B testing UGC ads covers how to run that test, and the best AI video generator for UGC ads comparison shows how other tools count volume.
UgcVids has a free demo on the homepage that writes hooks and a script from your product link, and all three plans are on the pricing page. Our limits are plain: vertical output only, English voice, scenes built from your product page images, and the avatar appears only in the opening hook.
Questions about AI UGC video price
How much does an AI UGC video cost
On a fixed plan, about $1 to $2.50 per finished ad. UgcVids Starter is $49 a month for 20 ads, which is $2.45 an ad, and Agency is $249 for 150 ads, about $1.66. Billed yearly the same plans cost half as much. Credit based tools price per second or per model, so the cost per ad varies.
How much does a creator UGC video cost
Public price lists in October 2026 showed Billo from $99 per video, JoinBrands UGC videos from $25 plus a platform fee, and Trend credit packs that work out to $70 to $92 per video. Add licensing for paid ads, raw footage and revisions if they are not included.
Is AI UGC cheaper than hiring creators
Yes, per file and per angle. A month of AI ads costs less than one or two creator videos. Creators are still the better buy when the video must show a real person using the product, because AI ads cannot honestly show that.
What is the cheapest way to get UGC ads for TikTok and Meta
For testing many hooks, a fixed limit AI plan has the lowest cost per ad. For one proven angle that needs a real person, a single creator video is the cheapest way to get it. Most brands use both, AI first, then a creator for the winner.
