Help inside your order panel

Customers get help directly in the comments of each order in the order panel, where the brief, the script, the creator shortlist and the delivered files already live.

Comment on the order you are asking about and your project team replies in the same thread. That way the answer sits next to the video it concerns, and anyone on your team with a seat can follow the conversation.

What to put in your email

A short, specific email gets a precise answer. Send it from the address you use for your UgcVids account, so we can find your workspace without asking you again.

• The email address of your UgcVids account
• The order name or the month the question is about
• What you expected and what happened instead
• A screenshot if something on the page looks wrong

Billing and plan questions

To change plans, switch between monthly and yearly billing or stop future renewals, open Billing in your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Before you write about a charge, read our refund policy, which explains when a charge can be reversed.

Privacy and data requests

To access, correct, export or delete your personal data, email support@ugcvids.com from your account address and say which right you want to use. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and why, and our terms of service describe how the subscription works.
