What UgcVids provides

UgcVids is a done-for-you UGC video service sold as a monthly or yearly subscription for brands. Each plan includes a fixed number of finished videos per month. You send a brief in the order panel, and we match real paid creators, write scripts and hook options, organise filming, edit the videos in the agreed formats, run the revision rounds of your plan and deliver the files with the licence described below. Videos are filmed by people, not generated by software. The one-time video plan builder on the homepage drafts hooks, a script start and a shot list from your product description and never produces video.

Your account

You need an account with a valid email address that you confirm with a code we send. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the brand you order for. Keep your password private; you are responsible for everything done through your account and the seats you add for your team. Tell us at support@ugcvids.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, puts other users or creators at risk, or is used for fraud.

Plans, monthly limits and slots

Your plan sets the number of videos per month, hook options per video, A/B variants, revision rounds, how creators are approved, access to raw footage and the number of seats, as listed on ugc video pricing.

  • Videos per month are counted when you place an order for them in the billing period
  • Unused videos do not roll over to the next period
  • Deleting or cancelling an order does not free a slot; a used slot stays used until your next period starts
  • Moving to a higher plan is charged right away for the difference and the new limits apply once that payment succeeds
  • Moving to a lower plan takes effect at the next renewal, without any refund for the current period

Briefs, scripts and approvals

Production starts from your written brief in the order panel. The brief must describe the product, the audience, the claims you allow and the claims you forbid, and you must ship or make available the product the creator needs to film. We write the script and hook options and send them for your approval before filming. Approving a script means the video is produced to that script. On Growth and Scale you choose from a shortlist of creators; on Starter creators are matched automatically; on Studio we work with a dedicated creator pool. Delivery time counts from an approved script and from the moment the creator has the product.

Revisions

Each plan includes a number of revision rounds per video: one on Starter, two on Growth and Scale, three on Studio. A revision round covers edits to the delivered video within the approved script, such as cuts, captions, pacing, music, hook order, on-screen text and end card. A request to change the script, the creator or the concept after approval is a new video and uses a new slot. Revision requests must be sent in the order comments within 14 days of delivery; after that the video counts as accepted.

Licence and usage rights

When a video is delivered and the period it belongs to is paid, your brand receives a perpetual, worldwide licence to use the video for organic posting and paid advertising on all platforms, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, TikTok Shop and Amazon, and to edit, crop and caption it. On Scale and Studio the licence also covers the raw footage we deliver. The licence does not let you resell the videos as stock footage or present the creator as endorsing a different product. Creators are paid for their work and disclose the paid partnership as the FTC and platform rules require; you must keep that disclosure and use the platform's paid partnership labels where they apply.

Products we do not accept and your responsibility for claims

We do not produce videos for adult products or services, weapons and weapon parts, illegal products or services, or any product that relies on misleading health claims, such as promises to cure, treat or prevent a disease. We may refuse or stop any brief that we consider unsafe for creators or viewers. You are solely responsible for the claims about your product that you put in the brief or approve in a script, including that they are true, substantiated and allowed by the law and the advertising rules of every platform where you run the videos.

Renewal, cancellation and payments

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period at the price of your plan until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Billing; cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Payments are final, as described in our refund policy. If a renewal payment fails, we retry it and may pause new orders until it succeeds. A chargeback opened without first contacting us at support@ugcvids.com breaches these terms, and we may suspend the account while the dispute is open.

Limitation of liability and changes to these terms

The service is provided as described on this website. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost sales or the performance of your advertising, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or the rights consumers have under mandatory law.

We may change these terms when the service or the law changes. We publish the new version on this page with a new date and notify account holders by email before material changes take effect. If you do not accept a change, you can cancel before your next renewal. Questions about these terms go to support@ugcvids.com. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
